The best had been made even better, and the improvements are significant. KONE elevators are the most energy-efficient in the industry. Superior elevator ride comfort is tested before handover, which is unique in the industry. KONE's award-winning design and enhancements in space efficiency open up new options for installation.

The Approach

To communicate all of the details of this added value to the sales force, there would be two training events - one in Kunshan, China, for the global sales force, and one in Helsinki, Finland for the European sales force. KONE took Bitville on board to assist in development of the training concept as well as training activity assets for both events.

Over the course of a few months, KONE personnel together with Bitville defined and refined the activities and flow of the two events. The final training activity assets were interactive elements, including a workbook, a game with playing cards and game board. In addition, background environments with large posters and free-standing life-sized figures were in use.

The Results

The training was a success in both locations and received strongly positive reviews from the participants.
